In this video, John Koenig’s (2016) has reflected every key detail about the live impacts of words on the human being and how one human could use Jargon and keywords to get the direct access to others mind. These jargons are used in my workplace to cut the lengthy conversation. It has also further noticed that the words and Jargon used in my workplace are highly based on the work culture and effective program. It is analyzed that if proper work culture is used then these jargons are used as communication methods in the particular situation. I have observed that these words are set up to get the repeated command and reduce the lengthy conversation. It does not only increase the overall understanding of the people in their communication but also assist them to directly understand the particular situation on the basis of keywords. Nonetheless, words have less meaning to impact others until and unless it is understood by them. Therefore, each word has their own meaning at a particular place, For instance, In my work culture, these jargons are used to accelerate the employees to work efficiently. These jargon and different words have their own meaning and directly and indirectly influence others to deliver the results. I have learned that the motivation and influencing others could be done by one to another by using the right words at the right place.

Your assertion that jargon can only have meaning to those who understand them make sense because they are mostly used within close context of a few who know what the words mean while those from the outside are lost or have no clue.
