Natural can be defined as a way that one stays in his/her comfort zone only taking risks that are assuring the success. Being unnatural is taking risks that are dependable on your own values and taking the position of a change leader you encourage and stretch the other in the group in spite of your own fears and doubts. In such an occasion the team is said to be the playing field where the leader tries out emotional skills of intelligence and through their performances, he/she obtains a feedback (Edwards et al 2012).
In the discussion, the team is said to be unsuccessful and unnatural hence the communication across boundaries is insufficient and unreliable in the progress of the organization. Some strategies and policies have to be formulated and implementation is done as an effect of improving the reliability of the organization. Some of the strategies that need to be implemented in enhancing the communication include;
The goals and the objectives of the organization should be clearly communicated. This perfects and leads to clear comprehending of the company goals and missions. The employees feel more attached to the company which facilitates their participation in the team tasks.
Another strategy that should be deployed is that the organization communication should be consolidated. For example, when all the communication are done in a single location, members easily comprehend where they are required to be kept in a loop. Also, the information should be available at all the time to void reluctance and ignorance among the employees (Millward‐Hopkins, 2016).
Team spirit building is another strategy that improves team/organization communication. Team spirits are developed by allowing the members to freely interact without any restriction.
By laying positive strategies in teamwork, this effects to improvement in the series offered by the organization. Also by doing so, the chances of the risks in the organization objectives declines hence preventing any occurrences of the loss (Millward‐Hopkins, 2016).
